"I challenge you to share your best yoga pose," she wrote in the explanation. "If you don't have one, I encourage you to search for one, post about it, tag #FitnessFridayHB and tell me how information technology makes yous feel."

Chris Dark-brown posted a screenshot of the photo and captioning it with a eye broad open and mitt clap emoji. Halle Drupe besides gave u.s.a. some insight into her fettle authorities telling her fans, "This #FitnessFriday is dedicated to the importance of stretching! After I work out, it's important for me to stretch and lengthen."
